Delivering a quality service to you is our priority. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and we are a preferred provider of services to Devon and Dorset County Councils.
We will regularly check that you are happy with the services that you receive from us. We share this information with both the Care Quality Commission and the County Councils. These statutory bodies have responsibility for ensuring that we meet the requirements of the law and fulfil fundamental standards of quality and safety. They undertake periodic inspections to check our services. As part of these checks they may directly ask our customers for feedback.
We are also members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association. This organisation promotes and supports home care agencies to achieve high standards of care and support.
