Care Coordinator

A successful care coordinator is a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and relishes using their problem-solving skills on a daily basis.  Working as part of a supportive team, you will achieve rewarding target driven results to ensure the smooth running of the care service.

We know that what matters to our customers is having a regular team of caring and professional care assistants whom they can rely upon. As a care coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive continuity of care.  This can have a tremendous impact on the lives of the people who rely on our care and support.

As a care coordinator, excellent planning, organisational and IT skills are essential.  You will:

  1. Allocate members of the care team with the right skills to deliver the best quality care;
  2. Organising rosters to ensure continuity and minimise travel between homes;
  3. Responding effectively to the day-to-day changes in our customer’s needs.

You must be able to build strong relationships with the care team so you can call upon extra cover when needed.

Our care service operates during the evening and over the weekend so care supervisors must be able to work flexibly and be willing to be part of the on-call emergency team rota.
