Rate of pay: £10.80 – £16.20 per hour
Being a member of our care team offers the potential for an amazing and fulfilling career. You will support a select number of customers within your local area. You will be responsible for the delivery of our care and support service, whilst also ensuring that we exceed our customers’ high expectations.
You will provide each customer with a bespoke care experience, to enable them to continue to enjoy fulfilling lives in their own homes, for as long as possible. You will have the special privilege of building unique trusting relationships with each of your customers whilst providing essential care and support in all aspects of their daily life.
We will provide you with all of the training and practical supervision you need to do your job well. We can also support you to undertake a qualification and offer you a distinct career pathway personalised to you.
